Borderline fraudMy elderly mother purchased a hydrogen infusion machine from this woman for $3000. After a bit of research, I find equivalent machines for less than $1000. Included in the purchase price was installation apparently performed by a friend of hers. However, when that friend of hers left her, she no longer honored her deal of installation included. So, my mother was charged triple the value for the filter itself and then had to pay an additional $300 for the included installation. When asked, she became defensive and said "I'm tired of being taken advantage of". Very unprofessional, and quite close to fraud.
